Now offering both refurbished OEM & brand new sheet metal cabs, our Apicella Designs extended footbox cabs are great for those who are just too tall for these small classic trucks. Our team has designed a package that makes the once cumbersome conversion a much simpler task. With multiple cab options and a extensive support part list, we have the formula to save you time and money over a traditional shop trying to figure it out.

In adding the additional legroom to the 3100, it does butterfly effect a multitude of fitment issues, however, lucky for our customers, we have solutions for them all!

The process to extend the footbox seems like it should be a simple task, and it is... that is until you realize it changes more than just the floor board itself.  But dont worry, our team has a solution for every step of the way from mounting your cab, correctly pacing your engine and even supplying a cooling system with ample room with everything moved forward. All said and done, you will gain a superior driving experience and a much more comfortable interior.

• OEM refurbished cabs (pricing and availably depends on current inventory)
• All new sheetmetal cab (sometimes starting with new sheetmetal is the right move for a project, we have you covered with these cabs assembled in Lake Havasu, Arizona)
• Customer supplied cabs. Already have a truck? we can add an extended footbox and help with rust repairs needed at the same time. (The cost of this service varies by situation)
• Double wall insulated interior firewall panel package. This gives you a flat surface to mount all your necessary electronics while also offering a robust insulation solution to keep engine bay heat out of your cab. We can even offer pre mounted electronics packages (including but not limited to fuse block and AC systems)
• Shaved exterior vents
• Billet mirror options
• Reinforced flat floor packages with multiple seat frame options
• TMI bucket seat frame, TMI bench seat frame and Snowden bench seat frames available (some seat frame options require the reinforced floor package)
• Shaved radio openings
• Billet dash package (standard or phantom options available)
• Behind seat AGM battery package

• Chassis packages. From rollers to complete turn key setups, we can build a chassis to meet your needs
• Engine mounts. With adjustable engine mounts, we have made getting the perfect fitment much easier
• Tucked 3100 Radiator. We offer the tightest tucked radiator on the market with the most cooling you can fit in that envelope. Our tucked system moves the radiator forward to gain you the extra clearance you need for your LS swap or extended footbox cab all while still having some top tier features like Spal brushless fan system, integrated ac condenser, heavy duty transmission cooler and all the fittings you need for an easy hookup
